Solid Apps is licensed to You (End-User) by Solid Apps SRL (registration number 47100588) ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store"), and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement. App Store is referred to in this License Agreement as "Services."
You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Applications on any Devices that You (End-User) own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules.
This license will also govern any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Licensed Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.
You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof (except with Solid Apps SRL's prior written consent).
Solid Apps SRL reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Licensed Application at any time if you fail to comply with any provision of this License Agreement or any terms provided within the Services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this license will cease immediately, and you must cease all use of the Licensed Application.
Refunds for any sale may only be requested through Apple's refund mechanisms. Solid Apps SRL will otherwise consider all sales final and will not be under any obligation to refund any purchases outside of Apple's refund mechanisms.
Under no circumstances shall Solid Apps SRL, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (even if Solid Apps SRL has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from your use of the Licensed Application or Services.
Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
Solid Apps SRL and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Applications
You acknowledge that the Licensor may periodically collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system, and application software, and peripherals, offer product support, facilitate the software updates, and for purposes of providing other services to you (if any) related to the Licensed Application. Licensor may also use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you.
The Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Licensed Application may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. Solid Apps SRL does not control and is not responsible for any third-party services or content. Users access these at their own risk.
Yearly plans are set to auto-renew by default. Users can cancel their subscriptions through their account settings within the Services. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
